Missing Person Report Filed.
On the 17th of September 2006, whilst on a trip to Japan, Mr. Royston Tan went missing for several hours. He was last seen at the Fukuoka Film Festival. The bodyguard's 1000-strong search & rescue personnel were deployed with immediate effect. The air, sea & land operations continued for several hours, during which an intelligence received from an anonymous source stated the return of Mr. Royston Tan. Quoted saying "the day i saw dustbins and umbrellas flying in the air", he appeared fully drenched but with a mobile film...
At least 9 dead after Typhoon No. 13 batters Kyushu
At least nine people died and 269 people were injured, some seriously, after powerful Typhoon No. 13 battered Kyushu on Sunday, disaster management authorities said.The typhoon blew out into the Sea of Japan at about 8 a.m. after hitting Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture, at around 6 a.m., the Meteorological Agency said.
